I placed an order but it was not shipped, why?

There are a couple of reasons why your order may not have been shipped:

• Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Information
  • If your shipping address is incorrect or lacks essential information, we may not be able to ship your order.
  • Ensure that your active phone number and email are provided for shipping details verification.

• Mismatched Shipping Method and Address
  • If you selected the Hong Kong shipping method but your shipping address is in the US or address outside HK, additional steps are required.
  • We will request a copy of your ID for verification, the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the order, and flat-rate shipping fee payment to proceed with the shipment.
  • Flat rate shipping fee for International Orders
