To get unaccepted items returned to your booking address, make sure to choose 'Return Insurance' when making your booking. The processing fee is $50, which will be deducted from your future earnings. If all items are accepted, there will be no deduction.
Donate to Charity
Items which have not been accepted will be donated to charity unless you have opted for return insurance at the time of booking to ship the items back to your address.
Opt to donate unaccepted items to charity, benefiting children and families as seen on our Charity Partners page.
Unaccepted items are final and cannot be listed, but we welcome any feedback at hello@retykle.com.
If you have not chosen any unaccepted method at the time of booking or drop off, then our system will default to "Donate to Charity". Items will not be retrievable in this case.
