Fill up any disposable bag with all the items you wish to sell with us that meet RETYKLE ABC Standards, and make sure to include the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number
- Booking Reference in the bag
We offer FREE door-to-door pick-up for all sellers living in Hong Kong addresses only with a minimum of 10 items/pieces to sell. Once we receive your items, we will take care of the rest. You can refer to our Condition Guidelines to better understand how we classify items.
Important Note:
If 80% of your items from a pick-up or drop-off consists of unaccepted brands and/or does not meet our condition guidelines, your Seller Account will be reviewed for suspension. You will be responsible for all transportation costs related to delivery and pick-up.
